Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to provide and improve the service:

• Learning conversations. When you use EduGap’s AI conversation, we process the messages, answers, and any voice input you provide to identify learning needs. The core discovery experience is designed to be anonymous and does not require registration.
• Assessments and reports. Responses to assessments and the reports generated for you, so you can revisit them.
• Contact requests. When you contact us or request a demo, we collect your name, email address, organization, and the details of your message.
• Volunteer applications. If you apply to volunteer for an event (e.g. Deep Dive 2026), we collect your name, email, mobile number, training program or center, level, city, committee preferences, experience details, and the files you upload (CV and headshot).
• Account data. For administrators and authenticated users, we process authentication data (such as your email) to manage access.
• Technical data. Standard information such as device and browser type, approximate region, and usage events needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

• To operate EduGap: run AI conversations, generate learning-needs analyses, and produce reports.
• To respond to contact requests and process volunteer applications.
• To secure, maintain, and improve the platform and its content.
• To communicate with you about a request you submitted.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

EduGap uses artificial-intelligence models to analyze conversations and generate insights. Content you submit may be processed by trusted AI service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver these features. We do not permit these providers to use your content to train their general-purpose models, and we share only what is necessary to produce your result.

We rely on a small number of vetted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Brevo — transactional email delivery (e.g. contact and application notifications).
• AI model provider — natural-language processing that powers the conversation and analysis.
• Hosting provider — serving the application and static content.

These providers are bound by their own security and confidentiality obligations and may process data outside your country. Volunteer application details may also be sent by email to the relevant event owner solely so they can review your application.

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contact and application records are retained while they remain relevant to the request; you may ask us to delete them at any time (see Your rights).

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted file storage — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit access to those who need it.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

EduGap is intended for healthcare professionals and organizations. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
