These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of edugap.app and the EduGap platform (“the Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The service
EduGap is an AI-powered platform that helps healthcare organizations and professionals identify learning needs, design educational programs, and generate insights. Features, content, and availability may change over time as we improve the Service.
2. Acceptable use
When using EduGap, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Submit content that infringes the rights of others or violates any law.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Upload malicious code, or content you do not have the right to share.
- Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization.
3. Not medical advice
EduGap supports educational needs assessment and program design. Its outputs are for professional development and planning purposes only and do not constitute medical, clinical, or diagnostic advice. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified professionals exercising their own judgment.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the information and files you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide the results you request, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you submit, including CVs, images, and information about third parties.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and generated interface content (excluding Your Content), is owned by EduGap and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission.
6. AI-generated output
Insights and reports are generated with the assistance of AI and may contain inaccuracies. You should review outputs before relying on them for decisions. We provide the Service and its outputs on an “as is” basis without warranties of accuracy or completeness.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduGap is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (such as hosting, database, email, and AI providers). We are not responsible for the availability or performance of those services, and their use may be subject to their own terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or to protect the Service and its users.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
